I drink smoothies sreavel days a week. Use fruit, ice will give it some body, making it more shake like and more filling. I usually add protein powder but don't know if you can as a vegan. I also add a tablespoon of olive oil and some fiber(the kind that comes in a shaker to add to foods). This gives a good balance of carbs, protein, and healthy fats. The fiber will help keep you feeling full longer. The protein also makes you feel full. I use whey protein which is a animal product but I believe they do have soy protein powder. Also a use fruit juice instead of milk but that is just a preference.

What a lovely smoothie!

It made my day! =)

THANKYOU
